Bases of Leyving

According to Art. 121 para. 2 and 3 of BayHIG in conjunction with Art. 121 para. 1 sentence 3 No. 1 and 2 of BayHIG, the Association of Student Services may levy a basic contribution (Association of Student Services fee) - especially for the establishment and operation of childcare facilities, the construction and operation of halls of residence, and the operation of catering facilities, as well as the provision of access to institutions concerned with cultural and social activity - and a contribution towards student transport (Semesterticket contribution). Further details are governed via the Association of Student Services as per regulation.

According to § 2 para. 1 of the Association of Student Services Fee Regulation and § 1 para. 2 of the Semesterticket Contribution Regulation, all enrolled students are liable for contributions. It therefore represents a solidarity fee, to be paid by all students.

The corresponding regulations can be found in the Internet pages of the Association of Student Services.
